• Primary Coverage: Lucknow City and all major localities
• Extended Coverage: Kanpur, Unnao, Barabanki, and Rae Bareli
• New Locations: We are constantly expanding our delivery network

1.2 Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: On orders above ₹999
• Standard Delivery: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
• Express Delivery: ₹199 (Available in select areas)

2. Exchange & Replacement Policy

We take utmost care to deliver fresh and high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange and replacement policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange/Replacement

• Damaged Product: If the product is physically damaged during transit
• Defective Product: If the product is spoiled, rotten, or not fit for consumption
• Incorrect Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered
• Quantity Mismatch: If the quantity delivered is less than ordered
• Weight Mismatch: If the weight is significantly different from what was ordered

2.2 Time Limit for Claims

• 24 hours from the time of delivery for perishable items (meat, fish, eggs)
• 48 hours from the time of delivery for packaged non-perishable items

4. Refund Process

In case of a failed payment or duplicate charge, Razorpay automatically processes the refund within 5-7 business days.

• Failed Payments: Amount is automatically reversed to the source account within 24 hours
• Duplicate Charges: Contact us at support@farmingodelite.com with transaction details
• Order Cancellation: Refund is processed within 48 hours of order cancellation
• Refund Mode: Refund is processed through the same payment method used for the transaction

5. Terms & Conditions

• Order Modification: Orders cannot be modified after 30 minutes of placement
• Order Cancellation: Cancel orders within 10 minutes for a full refund
• Minimum Order: ₹199 for delivery (waived during special offers)
• Delivery Attempts: Two delivery attempts are made before returning the order
• Product Substitution: In case of stock unavailability, similar product may be substituted after customer confirmation
• Quality Guarantee: All products are guaranteed fresh and of premium quality
