Farmingo Delite is an online platform based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh that connects customers with fresh, organic produce directly from local farms. We are committed to providing high-quality, chemical-free products with reliable delivery across Lucknow and surrounding areas.
2.1 Order Placement: All orders placed through Farmingo Delite are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
2.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely.
2.4 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from support@farmingodelite.com. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
3.1 Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Lucknow and select surrounding areas in Uttar Pradesh. Please check our website for updated delivery zones.
3.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We strive to deliver within 2-4 hours for orders placed before 6 PM in Lucknow city limits.
3.3 Failed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone at 08069641019. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

4.1 Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items and within 7 days for non-perishable items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
4.2 Quality Issues: If you receive products that are spoiled, damaged, or not as described, please take photos and contact our customer support at support@farmingodelite.com or call 08069641019. We will issue a full refund or replacement.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personalized products, perishable goods after 24 hours, and items on clearance are non-returnable.
4.4 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
