Replacement Policy

At Farmingo Delite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer free replacement in the following cases:

How to Request a Replacement

Time Limit for Claims

To be eligible for a replacement, you must report any issues with your order within:

• 24 hours from the time of delivery for perishable items (vegetables, fruits, dairy, herbs)
• 48 hours from the time of delivery for packaged non-perishable items

Claims made after this time window will not be accepted as product quality naturally degrades over time.

Conditions for Replacement

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received (for inspection purposes)
• Original packaging should be available for verification if requested
• The damage or defect must not be caused by mishandling after delivery
• Incorrect items must be unopened and unused

Refund Policy

Farmingo Delite does not offer cash refunds for returned or replaced products. Our policy is to provide a free replacement of the same product or equivalent value product if the original is out of stock.

In rare cases where replacement is not possible (e.g., product discontinued, out of stock for extended period), we may issue:

• Store Credit / Wallet Credit — Usable for future purchases on Farmingo Delite
• Product Exchange — Choose another product of equal or lesser value

Note: Cash refunds are not available for perishable products due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Replacement Process Timeline

• Verification: Within 2-4 hours of receiving your complaint
• Replacement Dispatch: Within 24 hours of verification
• Delivery of Replacement: Typically within 24-48 hours depending on your location in Lucknow
• Product Collection: Our delivery partner will collect the affected product at the time of delivering the replacement

Non-Qualifying Scenarios

Replacement will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Customer changed mind after placing order
• Product was consumed partially before reporting issue
• Damage caused by customer after delivery
• Product quality complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Products that are naturally ripened and expected to soften (e.g., bananas, avocados) - normal ripening is not considered a defect
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality or taste
• Dislike of taste or personal preference issues
